AB Glue Potting Machine Automatic for Water-proof Driver Line production
Automatic potting and vacuum production line conveyed by speed chain, is designed by Zhongshan GDS Automation, especially for AB glue potting production line.
Main machine function: Automatic potting machine for waterproof drivers/ aquarium motor/water pump, etc.
Operation mode: Monitored and controlled by PLC, Touch screen (man-machine interaction) teaching programming, with sound or light alarm function for lack of materials or breakdown of the machine.
This production line has four parts and altogether 6 working stations. Four parts are as follows: working fixtures conveyor line, automatic glue potting station 1, automatic vacuum process, automatic glue potting station 2.
The 6 working stations are: automatic glue potting working station 1, buffer working station 1, automatic vacuum working station, buffer working station 2, automatic glue potting working station 2, rotary working station. Each working station program is controlled independently and works simultaneously. It is not affected by other working station’s program, and can be adjusted independently.
